Night Vision and Camera Recording effect - Shaquile

This is the effect that my group are going for. We intent to create the effect of a handheld camera which will be held by the horror group in my trailer, whilst filming their horror project. The usual conventions, as seen above consists of the on-screen recording features on the bottom left of the camera. In addition, the night vision effect consists of a bright green filter behind the horror clip. In order to achieve this effect i will fluctuate the opacity of the clip and this should blend the clip and the green background which will act as a filter.
